He is a “hands-on” team player and strategic business partner who is sensitive to business needs while maintaining integrity in the numbers. Glen has over 46 years’ experience, including 30 years as CFO – 14 for public and privately held companies, and the past 16 years providing CFO consulting leadership to privately held companies and not-for-profit organizations. Industries include transportation, manufacturing, services, distribution, health care, oil and gas, financial services, contractors and not-for-profit organizations. He has controller, internal audit, and Big 4 CPA experience.

Glen has led 20 acquisitions totaling over $1.7 billion and led nine (11) business sales totaling over $400 million. He led a business transition training program for B2B CFO Partners, LLC for 4 years.

For the past 16 years as a 1099 CFO (Consultant) Glen helps companies identify and implement strategies to improve profitability, enhance reporting to enable effective business decision-making and manage cash flow, attain capital and debt funding, and execute transition events. He has also helped not-for-profit service organizations
improve their fiscal accountability.

His 14 years as W2 CFO include:
Glen was CFO for an early-stage company that practically doubled revenue (from $18 to $34 million), and operating income (from $5 to $9 million) in the second year of operation.

As a Region CFO of one of the largest US-based financial institutions, Glen contributed leadership to turnaround an underperforming region to exceed its business plan for the first time and each succeeding year, and within two years ranked number 2 on the overall internal scorecard. Glen is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and led a project
selected one of 15 Best among 1400 projects.

As a Group CFO, Glen served 6 years as ‘shared’ CFO for several business units (subsidiaries) with annual revenue ranging from $10 to $200 million. He was a key executive team member for two highly successful start-up businesses exceeding $50 million in annual revenue and 20% return on equity by their fifth year.

He earned an MBA specializing in Corporate Finance from the University of Dallas. He earned his BBA in Accounting, graduating cum laude, from Eastern Michigan University. Glen has been active in the community. He served on the Board of Directors of several organizations, including terms as President and Treasurer. Glen and
Tracy have been married for 39 years. They have two daughters, a son-in-law, a grandson, and a Golden Doodle.
